All toys for sale at our store are new, unopened and boxes are in mint condition unless otherwise stated in the toy's description.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards, checks, money orders and PayPal. If you are interested in paying by check or money order you may order via our shopping cart and simply choose check/ money order as a payment method. The address to send payment will be e-mailed to you. Please note that your payment must arrive within 7 days of the confirmation e-mail. After 7 days the items will no longer be held for you and we will not be able to guarantee they will be in stock. When paying by personal check your order will ship after the check clears; this may take anywhere from 5 to 10 business days. MA residents are subject to 5% state sales tax.

Shipping

We are located in Massachusetts (USA) and ship all our items from this location. All orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving payment. Customers can choose between USPS [Priority -(2-3 business days) or Parcel Post (2-14 business days)] or UPS (Ground or 2nd Day Air). These options will be available in your shopping cart and will show the fees for each service. Simply choose the one that works best for you. We strive to keep our shipping fees competitive and fair. International customers can now order directly through our shopping cart. The shipping & handling will be calculated by the cart.

Returns

Returns are accepted for store credit or a refund on unopened items only. You must contact us within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. The toys must return in the same condition as they were when shipped. If the toy has been opened it will be returned to you. The refund will only be for the item totals, SHIPPING & HANDLING FEES are non-refundable. Also, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
